This high molecular weight Hyaluronic acid needs to be evenly sprinkled over the surface of the water phase under constant high-sheer mixing.  The mixture starts then thickening quickly and becomes a gel.

Do not use above 2{5d4cf967139b57bba3d587f5b418945dd2211b60ad6376ae07117b8ee5044bfc} as it will stop gelling and start clumping. If used in a hot water phase, the gelling effect will happen faster than a cool water phase.
